| 海洋经济与海洋生态环境之间存在相互依存、相互制约的耦合关系。文章通过构建海洋生 态环境与海洋经济系统评价指标体系，采用线性加权模型对 2013—2022 年江苏省海洋生态环境质量与海洋经济发展水平进行测度分析，并运用耦合协调度模型分析两大系统协调发展程度及演 变过程。同时，通过对比我国其他沿海地区，分析耦合协调度形成差距的原因。研究结果表明：
（1）研究期间，江苏省海洋生态环境质量和海洋经济发展水平均呈波动上升态势，海洋经济增长 速度高于海洋生态环境的改善速度。（2）江苏省海洋生态环境与海洋经济始终处于高水平耦合； 耦合协调度从勉强协调阶段向初级协调阶段跨越，呈波动上升态势，整体发展趋势良好，但仍有 提升空间。（3）江苏省海洋生态环境与海洋经济的耦合协调度与山东、广东等领先省份相比，仍 存在一定差距。 |

| Analysis of the Coordinated Development of the Marine Ecological Environment and the Marine Economy in Jiangsu Province |

| There is an interdependent and mutually constraining coupling relationship between the marine economy and the marine ecological environment．This paper constructs an evaluation indicator system for the marine ecological environment and the marine economy and employs a linear weighted model to measure and analyze the quality of the marine ecological environment and the development level of the marine economy in Jiangsu province from 2013 to 2022；furthermore，a coupling coordination degree model is utilized to analyze the degree of coordinated development and the evolutionary process of these two systems．Meanwhile，by comparing Jiangsu province with other coastal areas in China，this study analyzes the reasons for the disparities in their coupling coordination degrees．The research findings indicate that：（1）During the study period，both the quality of the marine ecological environment and the development level of the marine economy in Jiangsu province exhibited fluctuating upward trends，with the growth rate of the marine economy exceeding the rate of improvement in the marine ecological environment．（2）The coupling between Jiangsu province’s marine ecological environment and marine economy remained at a high level；the coupling coordination degree shifted from barely coordinated to primary coordination，exhibiting a fluctuating upward trend with a generally favorable development trajectory， though there is still room for improvement．（3）The coupling coordination degree between Jiangsu province’s marine ecological environment and marine economy remained lower than those of leading provinces such as Shandong and Guangdong. |
