Abstract:
Against the backdrop of intensifying global geopolitical tensions, escalating trade frictions, and the frequent occurrence of unexpected events, enhancing the resilience of coastal port supply chains is crucial for China to maintain stable port operations, reduce disruption-induced increases in logistics costs, and strengthen its competitive advantages. To evaluate the resilience of coastal port supply chains, this paper employs a game- theoretic weighting method to determine combined indicator weights and integrates the cloud model theory to construct a comprehensive resilience evaluation framework.Ten major coastal ports in China are selected as research subjects for empirical assessment. The results reveal a significant polarization in resilience levels: ports such as Shanghai,Ningbo-Zhoushan,and Qingdao exhibit higher supply chain resilience, whereas ports including Tangshan,Fuzhou, and Haikou demonstrate relatively lower resilience.Based on these findings, the paper proposes targeted recommendations for enhancing port supply chain resilience from the perspectives of strengthening demonstration effects, addressing capacity weaknesses, and improving refined operations and resource allocation efficiency.
