| 以数实融合赋能海洋产业链韧性提升，是推动海洋经济高质量发展与筑牢蓝色安全屏障的重 要路径。文章基于 2011—2022 年我国沿海省（ 自治区、直辖市）的面板数据，采用熵值法构建适配海洋场景的产业链韧性综合评价体系，运用双向固定效应模型、中介效应模型与调节效应模型，实证检验数实融合对海洋产业链韧性的影响效应与作用机制。研究发现：（1）数实融合对海洋产业链韧性具有显著正向驱动作用，该结论经稳健性检验与内生性处理后依然可靠。（2）机制 分析结果表明，数实融合可通过海洋产业高级化与海洋科技创新两条路径赋能海洋产业链韧性， 其中海洋产业高级化的传导作用更强；海洋高端人才能够正向放大数实融合的韧性提升效应。
（3）异质性分析结果显示，数实融合的赋能效应在人力资本水平较低的地区更为显著。2016 年海洋经济发展规划实施后，政策红利进一步强化了这一正向影响。 |

| Empowering the enhancement of marine industrial chain resilience through the integration of digital and real economies is an important path to promote high-quality development of the marine economy and consolidate the blue security barrier. Based on panel data of China’s coastal provinces（autonomous regions and municipalities）from 2011 to 2022，this paper employs the entropy method to establish a comprehensive evaluation system for industrial chain resilience tailored to marine scenarios. Furthermore，the two-way fixed effect models，mediation effect models，and moderating effect models are utilized to empirically examine the impact effects and mechanisms of digital-real economy integration on marine industrial chain resilience.
The findings are as follows：（1）The integration of digital and real economies exerts a significant positive driving effect on marine industrial chain resilience，and this conclusion remains valid after robustness tests and endogeneity treatment.（2）The mechanism analysis shows that digital-real economy integration can empower the resilience of the marine industrial chain through two paths：marine industries upgrading and marine scientific and technological innovation，among which the transmission effect of marine industrial upgrading is more prominent. Additionally，high-end marine talents can positively amplify the resilience-enhancing effect of digital and real economy integration.（3）The heterogeneity analysis reveals that the empowerment effect of digital-real economy integration is more pronounced in regions with lower levels of human capital. After the implementation of the Marine Economic Development Plan in 2016，policy dividends further strengthened this positive impact． |
