| 在全球大健康产业快速发展的背景下，海洋生物医药产业作为重要的新质生产力，在抗癌 药物、功能性食品、保健品等领域发挥了独特优势，展现出巨大的发展潜力和市场前景。文章采 用熵权 TOPSIS 方法，对 2013—2022 年浙江省沿海城市的海洋生物医药产业竞争力进行评估， 并利用区位商测度其产业集聚水平。研究结果显示，浙江省海洋生物医药产业在政策扶持和科技 创新的推动下，集聚效应显著提升，但技术创新竞争力不足、产业链亟待深化和产业集聚差异 明显等问题依然制约了产业的进一步发展。基于此，文章提出提升技术创新能力、深化产业链整 合、优化集聚效应的对策建议，以推动浙江省海洋生物医药产业的高质量发展。 |

| Against the backdrop of the rapid development of the global health industry，the marine biomedicine industry，as an important form of new quality productive forces，has demonstrated unique advantages in anticancer drugs，functional foods，health products and other fields，showing great development potential and market prospects． Based on the entropy-weighted TOPSIS method，this paper evaluates the competitiveness of the marine biomedicine industry in coastal cities of Zhejiang Province from 2013 to 2022，and uses the location quotient method to measure its industrial agglomeration level．The results show that，driven by policy support and technological innovation， the agglomeration effect of the marine biomedicine industry in Zhejiang has been significantly enhanced．However， insufficient technological innovation competitiveness，the need for further deepening of the industrial chain，and obvious differences in industrial agglomeration still constrain the further development of the industry．Based on these findings，this paper proposes countermeasures such as enhancing technological innovation capacity，deepening industrial chain integration，and optimizing agglomeration effects，so as to promote the high-quality development of the marine biomedicine industry in Zhejiang Province. |
