| 海岸带生态系统具有重要的防灾减灾功能,但当前对海岸带保护修复项目实施前后水动力 特征及防灾减灾效果的研究较少。本文基于石岛湾海岸带保护修复工程构建的“拦沙堤 + 水下沙坝 + 沙滩 + 后滨植被带”这一生态减灾空间系统,通过调查数据和数值模型,预测分析了项目实施对周边海域水动力条件的影响及程度,并对其减灾效果进行了评估。分析结果表明:修复工程 的实施,对工程周边海域水动力环境影响较弱;悬浮泥沙的扩散对工程周边海域水质的影响较小, 施工后海水水质的各元素指标均符合修复区海水水质标准;在设计高水位条件下,沙坝和潜堤的消 浪效果为 34%~ 42% ;在极端高水位条件下,整个修复工程的消浪效果可达到 84%~ 90%,且滩肩补沙措施对极端高水位条件下大浪的消减作用较强,海洋防灾减灾效果显著。 |

| Coastal ecosystems play important roles in disaster prevention and mitigation.However,there is limited research on the hydrodynamic characteristics and disaster prevention and mitigation effects before and after the implementation of coastal protection and restoration projects.Based on the ecological disaster reduction spatial system of“sand-trapping dike+submerged sandbar+beach+backshore vegetation zone”constructed by the Shidao Bay coastal zone protection and restoration project,this study uses survey data and numerical models to predict and analyze the possible impact and degree of project implementation on hydrodynamic conditions and disaster prevention and mitigation effects.The results show that:the implementation of the restoration project has a relatively weak impact on the hydrodynamics in the project area;the dispersion of suspended sediment exerts a relatively minor influence on the water quality of the sea area near the project,and all elemental indicators of seawater quality post-construction comply with the seawater quality standards applicable to the sea area where the restoration zone is located;under designed high water level conditions,the wave dissipation effect of sandbars and submerged embankments ranges from 34 % to 42 %;under extreme high water level conditions,the wave dissipation effect of the entire restoration project can reach 84% to 90%,and beach shoulder sand replenishment has a strong effect on reducing large waves under extreme high water level conditions,demonstrating significant effects of marine disaster prevention and mitigation. |
