海堤生态化建设及生态化改造研究进展与展望

摘要:
海堤的修建能够增强沿海地区的风险防御能力,但也对海洋生态环境造成了一系列影响,如 改变岸线形态、生物多样性减少等。为解决海堤建设带来的不利生态环境影响,近年来生态海堤 建设及旧海堤生态化改造成为研究热点,主要包括生态海堤设计原则、建设模式、选用材料等。 文章结合近年来海堤的生态化建设以及生态化改造探索实践及应用,针对生态海堤普及面临的困 境,提出未来应进一步建立健全理论体系,加强培养复合型人才,拓展多方面的融资渠道,开展 海堤生态化建设适应性评估研究,推进信息化管理,提高社会群众参与度,构建长效管护机制等 建议。

Abstract:
The construction of sea dike enhances the coastal risk defense capability,but on the other hand, it leads to adverse effects on the marine ecological environment.For instance,it changes the shoreline morphology and reduces biodiversity.To solve the adverse effects caused by the massive construction of sea dikes,the ecological construction and ecological reconstruction of the sea dike have become one of the research focuses in recent years,such as design principles of ecological sea dike,construction mode and selection of suitable materials.Combined with the practices and applications about ecological construction and ecological reconstruction of the sea dike in recent years,and in response to the challenges in popularizing ecological sea dike,this paper proposes the recommendations for future efforts,including further establishing and improving the theoretical framework,cultivating interdisciplinary professionals, expanding diverse financing channels,conducting adaptive assessment research on ecological sea dike construction,strengthening information-based management,enhancing public participation,and building long-term maintenance mechanisms.
