| 作为一种重要而有效的监测手段,近年来海洋生态浮标在线监测系统建设及数据应用受到 全国沿海各地区的广泛重视,浮标海上运行状态评估显得至关重要。按照海洋生态浮标所在位 置、数据产生过程和数据质量,将岸站接收数据分为理论接收数据、实收数据、缺测数据、原位 数据、非原位数据等 5 类 11 种数据量。在传统数据接收率的基础上,结合海洋生态浮标监测数据实际,提出实际接收率、原位运行接收率、正常运行接收率、合格数据接收率四个概念,并给 出计算公式,具有一定创新性。以嵊泗生态浮标为例对 4 类接收率进行计算,结果表明 2020—
2021 年,嵊泗生态浮标系统在海上的工作运行天数约为 652 d,在原位海域工作运行的天数约为
648 d,在原位海域正常工作运行的天数约为 635 d、获取合格数据的天数约为 599.5 d,水质和营养盐各参数的合格数据接收率均达到 80%以上。得出的海洋生态浮标监测数据接收率分类与计算结果可以表征浮标自动监测数据发送、接收情况和数据质量,为浮标系统海上运行状态评估提供 依据。 |

| Classification and Calculation of Receiving Rate of Monitoring Data From Marine Ecological Buoy |

| As an important and effective monitoring method,the construction and data application of online marine ecological buoy monitoring systems have received widespread attention nationwide in recent years,and the assessment of buoy operation status at sea has become crucial.This article categorizes the data received by the shore station into 5 types and 11 data categories based on the location of the marine ecological buoy,data generation process,and data quality.On the basis of the traditional data receiving rate,combined with the actual monitoring data of marine ecological buoys,four concepts and corresponding calculation formulas are proposed, including actual data receiving rate,on-site operation data receiving rate,normal operation data receiving rate,and qualified data receiving rate.This method was used to calculate the four reception rates of the buoy monitoring data in Shengsi sea area.The results showed that the Shengsi buoy system operated for about 652 days at sea from 2020 to 2021,and about 648 days in the on-site sea area.It operated normally in the on-site sea area for about 635 days and obtained qualified data for about 599.5 days.And the qualified data receiving rate of water quality and nutrient parameters all exceeded 80%.The classification and calculation results of the receiving rate proposed in this article can characterize the automatic monitoring data transmission and reception status and data quality of buoys,providing a basis for the evaluation of the operation status of the buoy system at sea. |
