| 推动海洋产业集群朝着绿色方向转型，是落实“海洋强国”战略、实现可持续发展的关键方式。在产业集群中，链主企业是核心主体，对于整条产业链的绿色变革，链主企业的引领与带动作用至关重要。文章围绕链主企业如何影响海洋产业集群绿色转型展开深入研究，重点分析其内在机理、典型模式以及实现路径。首先，研究明确了链主企业影响集群绿色转型的四大影响机理，分别是绿色战略引领、技术创新扩散、标准制定与监督、资源优化配置，链主企业通过这些机理对集群绿色转型产生影响。其次，结合实际应用场景，归纳提炼出集成型模式与平台型模式两种主导性影响模式。最后，分别从政府、链主企业、集群网络三个层面，梳理并提出推动海洋 产业集群绿色转型的实践路径，以期为相关领域的理论研究与管理实践提供参考。 |

| The Impact Mechanisms，Models and Pathways of Chain-Leading Enterprises on the Green Transformation of Marine Industrial Clusters |

| Promoting the transformation of marine industrial clusters towards a green direction is a key approach to implementing the“Maritime Power”strategy and achieving sustainable development．In industrial clusters， chain-leading enterprises are the core entities．For the green transformation of the entire industrial chain，the leading and driving role of the chain-leading enterprises are of vital importance．This article mainly conducts an in-depth research on how chain-leading enterprises influence the green transformation of marine industrial clusters，focusing on analyzing their internal mechanisms，typical models，and implementation paths． Firstly，the research has clarified the four core mechanisms by which the chain-leading enterprises influence the green transformation of the cluster，namely，green strategy guidance，technological innovation diffusion，standard formulation and supervision，and resource optimization allocation．The chain-leading enterprises exert an impact on the green transformation of the cluster through these mechanisms．Secondly，based on the pratical application scenarios，two dominant influence models，namely the integrated model and the platform model，are summarized and refined. Finally，from the perspectives of the government，chain-leading enterprises，and cluster networks，practical paths for promoting the green transformation of marine industrial clusters are sorted out and proposed，with the aim of providing references for theoretical research and management practices in related fields. |
