海底电缆管道铺设间距管理研究

摘要:
随着海洋经济的迅速发展,海底电缆管道作为重要的海洋基础设施,其建设规模不断扩大。合理的海底电缆管道间距对保障设施安全运行、优化海域空间利用至关重要。文章通过对海底电缆管道用海现状及问题的分析,阐述了电缆管道间距设计的核心原则,梳理了相关规范对间距的要求,并探讨了施工船舶设备、维护设备以及电流等因素对间距的影响,提出了海底同沟铺设的相关要求及保障措施,旨在为海底电缆管道间距管理提供科学依据和参考标准,促进海域资源的节约集约利用。

Abstract:
Establishing unified monitoring standards,effective metrological assurance for instruments,and accreditation and certification of institutional monitoring capabilities,as well as constructing a systematic marine quality infrastructure,constitute internationally accepted practices for ensuring the quality of marine monitoring data.This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the development of China’s NQI system for marine ecological monitoring from the perspectives of marine monitoring standards,metrological testing of instruments and equipment,and accreditation in the marine sector.It further analyzes the transformation of monitoring objectives and approaches in marine ecological monitoring,as well as the development status of monitoring technologies, and identifies the challenges faced by the marine ecological monitoring NQI system,along with its future research priorities and development directions.
