| 摘要: |
| 小型有居民海岛具有典型的陆海统筹特征，兼具独特的自然生态价值和社会人文价值，探索 生态产品价值实现路径对推进海岛可持续发展具有重要意义。大黑山岛具有较好的自然资源禀赋， 但当前其经济社会发展仍面临整体规划和资源统筹不足、自然产品产量和销售受限、旅游产业粗放 发展等多重困境。产业生态化和生态产业化转型势在必行。文章建议主要从以下两个方面协同推 进：一方面，要加强海岛生态空间保护，持续开展海岛周边海域生态修复，并完善海岛生态监测和 预警体系；另一方面，要着力打造统一的大黑山岛生态产品品牌，大力发展生态旅游业。此外，相 关部门可通过建立生态产品名录、制定产品标准和认证体系、完善生态产品产权制度、优化激励机 制和利益分配机制等举措，为大黑山岛生态产品价值实现提供制度支持和政策保障。 |

| Abstract: |
| Small inhabited islands feature integrated land-sea characteristics and possess unique ecological as well as socio-cultural values．Exploring pathways for realizing the value of ecological products is therefore of great significance for promoting sustainable island development．Daheishan Dao is well endowed with natural resources，but its economic and social development is faced with the dilemmas of lack of overall planning and resource coordination，limited production and sales of natural products，and rough development of the tourism industry，etc．Therefore，the transformation of industrial ecology and ecological industrialization is imperative． This study proposes that，on the one hand，we should strengthen the protection of island ecological space，continue to carry out ecological restoration of the sea around the islands，and improve the ecological monitoring and early warning system of the islands．On the other hand，it is necessary to create a unified ecological product brand of Daheishan Dao and vigorously develop eco-tourism．Relevant authorities can provide institutional support and policy guarantee for the realization of the value of the ecological products of Daheishan Dao from the aspects of establishing a list of ecological products，formulating product standards and certification system，improving the property right system of the ecological products，optimizing the incentive mechanism and benefit distribution mechanism． |
