| 随着海洋经济在国家高质量发展战略中的地位日益提升,海洋数据的深度挖掘与有效应用 已成为提升资源开发能力的关键支撑。然而,当前海洋数据应用还存在两大问题:一是传统海洋 数据分析方法多局限于单模态、单源数据,制约了对数据潜在价值的深度挖掘;二是业务系统异 构性导致的信息孤岛现象普遍存在,阻碍了跨部门的数据共享与融合分析。针对上述问题,文章 开展以下研究工作:首先,基于多模态融合技术,创新性地整合海洋监控视频与遥感数据,实现 视频目标定位、视频—地图融合展示;同时融合浮标监测与卫星遥感数据,构建高频次水色遥感 反演模型, 有效突破传统观测手段的时空分辨率限制。其次, 综合运用大数据处理、多模态融合、WebGIS 及人工智能等技术,自主研发“海洋资源一张图系统”,成功实现跨区域、跨部门的海洋资源数据一体化整合。该研究成果不仅丰富了海洋信息化建设的理论基础与实践应用,而且 对促进我国海洋资源的科学管理具有重要的现实意义和应用价值。 |

| Construction of a“One-Map”System for Marine Resources Based on Key Technologies of Multi-Source Data Fusion |

| With the increasingly prominent role of marine economy in China’s high-quality development strategy, the deep mining and effective application of marine data have become critical supports for enhancing resource development capabilities.However,current marine data applications still face two major challenges:traditional analytical methods are largely confined to single-modality and single-source data,limiting the in-depth exploration of their potential value;and the prevalence of information silos caused by heterogeneous business systems hinders cross-departmental data sharing and integrated analysis.To address these issues,this paper conducts the following work:First,leveraging multi-modality fusion technology,we innovatively integrate marine surveillance videos with remote sensing data to achieve video target localization and video-map fusion visualization.Simultaneously, by combining buoy monitoring with satellite remote sensing data,we establish a high-frequency ocean color remote sensing inversion model,effectively overcoming the spatiotemporal resolution limitations of traditional observation methods.Second,employing big data processing,multi-modality fusion,WebGIS,and artificial intelligence technologies,we independently developed the“One-Map System for Marine Resources,”successfully realizing cross-regional and cross-departmental integrated consolidation of marine resource data.The research outcomes not only enrich the theoretical foundation and practical applications of marine informatization but also hold significant practical implications and application value for advancing the scientific management of China’s marine resources. |
