基于风险性和脆弱性评估的海洋空间规划文献计量分析研究

摘要:
在气候变化与人类活动的双重影响下,海洋空间规划(MSP)亟须将风险性和脆弱性纳入 评估方法,以确保全球海洋治理的有效推进。文章基于 Web of Science(WoS)核心合集 2015— 2024 年 4 957 篇文献,采用 CiteSpace 软件开展文献计量分析。结果表明:(1)发文量总体呈显著上升趋势,2021 年前后由显著上升转为下降趋势;(2)美国、中国、英国和澳大利亚为主要发文国家,德国、英国、法国和意大利等欧洲国家的中心中介性较高;(3)美国的政府机构和大学科研实力突出,法国、中国和澳大利亚以高校和科研机构为主,意大利的政府机构科研活跃度较高; (4)研究形成了以 Alistair J.Hobday、Robert J.Nicholls 和 Jochen Hinkel、Robert L.Pressey 等为代表的在渔业气候适应、海岸适应、气候适应、生态系统保护规划领域的跨学科合作网络; (5)研究主题经历了“生态系统管理阶段—气候变化驱动的综合风险评估阶段—智能技术驱动的 转型阶段”的演化过程,推动 MSP 向多目标统筹、动态调控和数据驱动的综合治理方向发展。

A Bibliometric Analysis of Marine Spatial Planning Research Based on Risk and Vulnerability Assessment

Abstract:
Under the combined influence of climate change and human activities,Marine Spatial Planning (MSP)urgently needs to incorporate risk and vulnerability into its assessment framework to ensure the effective advancement of global ocean governance.Based on 4 957 articles published in the Web of Science(WoS)Core Collection from 2015 to 2024,this study conducts a bibliometric analysis using CiteSpace software.The results indicate that:(1)The number of publications shows a significant overall upward trend,with a shift from rapid growth to a declining trend around 2021;(2)The United States,China,the United Kingdom,and Australia are the major contributing countries,while European countries such as Germany,the United Kingdom,France, and Italy exhibit higher betweenness centrality in the collaboration network;(3)Both government agencies and universities display strong research capacity in the U.S.,while research institutions dominate scientific output in France,China,and Australia,whereas government agencies in Italy display particularly high research activity; An interdisciplinary collaboration network has been established,represented by influential scholars including Alistair J.Hobday,Robert J.Nicholls,Jochen Hinkel,and Robert L.Pressey,focusing on fisheries climate adaptation,coastal adaptation,climate adaptation,and ecosystem conservation planning;(5)The research themes have evolved through three stages:the ecosystem-driven management stage,the climate change-driven integrated risk assessment stage,and the technology-driven intelligent transformation stage,thereby promoting the development of MSP toward multi-objective coordination,dynamic regulation,and data-driven integrated governance.
