| 数字经济和海洋环境资源承载力分别作为促进海洋经济高质量发展的新动能和重要基础，探究两者的耦合对于推进海洋强国建设具有重要意义。文章基于2012—2020年我国沿海11个省（自治区、直辖市）的省级面板数据，利用熵值法分别构建数字经济和海洋环境资源承载力综合评价体系，借助耦合协调度模型探究二者的协调关系，并利用Dagum基尼系数分解和Kenel密度估计方法，异质性考察三大海洋经济圈协调度的差异来源以及动态分布特征。研究发现：数字经济与海洋环境资源承载力水平均呈上升趋势，且子系统间整体协调水平不断上升；三大海洋经济圈的协调度总体差异不断缩小，区域间因素是差异的主要来源，其中，东部-北部海洋经济圈差异最为突出；此外，南部海洋经济圈与东部、北部海洋经济圈相比，区域内部两极分化程度较为严重。根据研究结论，重点关注海洋环境资源子系统的环境波动，推动数字经济发展与海洋环境改善同步进行，同时加强三大海域联系，有利于实现三大海洋经济圈共同进步。 |

| Research on the Coordination Effect of Digital Economy and Marine Ecological Environment |

| The digital economy and the carrying capacity of marine environmental resources are of great significance for promoting the construction of a maritime power as a new driving force and an important foundation for promoting the high-quality development of the marine economy, respectively. Based on the provincial panel data of coastal provinces (cities) from 2012 to 2020, the entropy method was used to construct a comprehensive evaluation system of digital economy and marine environmental resource carrying capacity, and the coordination relationship between the two was explored with the help of the coupling coordination degree model. The results show that the level of digital economy and marine environmental resource carrying capacity is on the rise, and the overall coordination level between subsystems is rising. The overall difference in the coordination degree of the three major marine economic circles is shrinking, and inter-regional factors are the main source of differences, among which the eastern-northern difference is the most prominent. In addition, compared with the eastern and northern spheres, the degree of intraregional polarization is more serious. According to the conclusions of the study, paying attention to the environmental fluctuations of the marine environmental resources subsystem, promoting the development of the digital economy and the improvement of the marine environment at the same time, and strengthening the connection between the three sea areas are conducive to the common progress of the three marine economic circles. |
