| 文章在明晰理论基础上,以2011—2021年我国沿海11个省(自治区、直辖市)为样本,对数字技术赋能海洋经济高质量发展进行实证检验。研究发现,数字技术与海洋经济高质量发展之间呈正相关关系。异质性检验结果表明,数字技术对海洋经济高质量发展的促进作用与地区差异性有关,南部和北部地区具有明显正向作用,而东部地区为负向影响。空间检验结果表明,数字技术具有空间溢出效应,能够推动区域间海洋经济高质量发展。门槛检验结果表明,经济发展水平存在显著的双门槛效应,即经济发展水平越低,数字技术对海洋经济高质量发展的不利影响越强。因此,为更好地利用数字技术赋能海洋经济高质量发展,文章从数字技术平台建设、区域数字技术协同联动、优化海洋产业结构3个方面提出政策建议。 |

| The Study of Digital Technology Empowering High-Quality Development of China′s Marine Economy |

| Building upon a solid theoretical foundation, this study conducts an empirical examination of how digital technology drives high-quality development in the marine economy, using panel data from 11 coastal provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) in China from 2011 to 2021.The research findings indicate a positive correlation between digital technology and high-quality development of the marine economy. Heterogeneity tests reveal that the promoting effect of digital technology on high-quality development varies by region, with significant positive effects observed in the southern and northern regions, while the eastern region shows a negative impact. Spatial tests demonstrate that digital technology exhibits spatial spillover effects, promoting high-quality development of the marine economy across regions. Threshold tests suggest significant dual-threshold effects in economic development levels, where lower economic development levels correspond to stronger adverse effects of digital technology on high-quality development of the marine economy. Therefore, to better leverage digital technology for empowering high-quality development of the marine economy, the article proposes policy recommendations focusing on digital platform construction, regional collaborative linkage, and optimization of the marine industry structure. |
