| 文章通过梳理自然资源部海域海岛动态监管系统中的广东省海域使用管理数据，分析了广东省各地区用海现状，深入剖析了养殖用海、海上风电及交通运输用海3种主要用海活动的海域使用变化情况，将其与广东省海洋功能区划进行对比分析，总结出广东省海域使用的特点及存在问题并提出针对性的对策和建议，以期为广东省海域资源开发利用和海域使用管理提供借鉴。 |

| Abstract: |
| Based on the data of sea area utilization from the Marine Dynamic Supervising and Managing System of Ministry of Natural Resources of the People′s Republic of China, this article conducted an analysis of the sea used conditions of Guangdong Province from multiple dimensions. Also, the sea used characteristics and problems were concluded by analysis the utilization changes of ocean fishery, offshore wind power and marine transportation, and by comparing their distributions with marine function zoning. Moreover,targeted policy suggestions were proposed and it was hoped these suggestions could provide a reference to marine resources development and sea area utilization management of Guangdong Province. |
