| 海洋经济已经发展壮大成为我国经济增长的重要引擎，建设海洋强国被提升至重要地位，成为推动中国式现代化的有机组成和重要任务。文章以浙江省为例，总结了在海洋经济规模、海洋产业发展、沿海港口建设、海洋经济开放发展4个方面取得的一系列成效。针对支撑海洋经济发展的管理机制及法制建设现状，分析了其存在的主要问题，提出浙江省需加快推进海洋经济立法。并从海洋经济管理职责体系、海洋产业高质量发展、构建现代海洋产业科创体系、港口建设、开放合作、资源开发保护、海洋文化、服务保障8个方面提出浙江省海洋经济法治化发展需聚焦的重点方向。 |

| After more than 40 years of development, the marine economy has grown into an important engine for China′s economic growth. Building China into a maritime power has been promoted to an important position, and has become an organic component and an important task to promote Chinese path to modernization. This article takes Zhejiang Province as an example to summarize a series of achievements in the overall scale of marine economy, development of marine industry, construction of coastal ports, and open development of marine economy. Based on the current situation of management mechanisms and regulatory construction supporting the development of marine economy, the main problems were analyzed and identified, and it was proposed that Zhejiang Province needs to accelerate the legislation of marine economy. And from eight aspects, including the responsibility system for marine economic management, the direction of high-quality development of marine industry, building a modern marine industry science and technology innovation system,port construction, open cooperation, resource protection and development, marine culture, and service guarantee, the key directions that need to be focused on for the rule of law development of Zhejiang Province′s marine economy are proposed. |
