| 全球化进程和“一带一路”倡议的推进使海上通道在国际贸易和能源运输中的地位愈发突出，其安全保障问题尤为关键。文章在梳理和分析国内外学术界关于海上通道安全的主要研究成果基础上，从概念定义、重要性、影响因素、安全评价、风险预警与保障措施这几个方面总结了现有文献的核心观点和贡献。基于当前中国面临的复杂国际形势，文章进一步探讨了中国在维护海外权益和确保海上通道安全方面的现实需求，提出从强化海上军事存在和威慑、推进多层次的国际安全合作机制、完善关键节点的安全防护体系等多维角度开展研究和实践的建议，从而拓展海上通道安全理论的适用范围，也为中国在新形势下制定更具针对性的海上通道安全保障政策提供了实质性的理论支持和实践指导。 |

| Research on Maritime Passage Security and China′s Safeguarding Measures Under Complex International Circumstances |

| The advancement of globalization and the "Belt and Road" initiative has increasingly highlighted the strategic importance of maritime passages in international trade and energy transportation, making their security a critical issue. Based on a review and analysis of major academic research on maritime passage security, this paper summarizes the core viewpoints and contributions from existing literature in areas such as the definition of concepts, their importance, influencing factors, security assessment, risk warnings, and safeguarding measures. In light of China′s current complex international situation, this study further explores China′s practical needs in safeguarding overseas interests and ensuring maritime passage security, proposing recommendations for research and practice from multiple perspectives, including strengthening maritime military presence and deterrence, advancing multi-level international security cooperation mechanisms, and improving the security of key nodes. This paper aims to expand the theoretical scope of maritime passage security and provide substantial theoretical support and practical guidance for the formulation of more targeted maritime passage security policies in China under the new circumstances. |
