厦门湾海洋生物体中稀土元素含量水平、分布模式及健康风险评价

摘要:
为了解海洋生物体中稀土元素(REEs)的富集、分布模式及健康效应,文章于厦门湾采集了14种海洋经济生物体样品,利用ICP-MS测定了不同生物体中REEs的含量,并分析了REEs的分布模式及人群健康风险。结果表明:鱼类、甲壳类和贝类中总稀土元素(TREEs)含量范围分别为0.149~0.204 mg/kg、0.347~0.555 mg/kg、3.437~18.635 mg/kg,3类生物体内TREEs的平均含量由高到低依次排序为:贝类、甲壳类、鱼类。根据REEs分布模式,鱼类和甲壳类的REEs配分表现为δEu正异常、δCe负异常,而贝类则呈现δEu负异常、δCe正异常。根据每日膳食摄入量(EDI)评估结果,研究区内通过食用鱼类、甲壳类、贝类的每日稀土元素摄入量远低于每日允许摄入量阈值70 μg/(kg·d)。本研究的结果可为研究河口海湾生物体稀土元素的含量水平及迁移富集提供基础资料。

Levels, Distribution Patterns and Health Risk Assessment of Rare Earth Elements in Marine Organisms in Xiamen Bay

Abstract:
In order to study the enrichment, distribution pattern and health effects of marine organisms on rare earth elements (REEs), fish, crustaceans and shellfish were collected from Xiamen Bay. The concentrations of REEs in 14 organisms were determined by ICP-MS, and the distribution pattern and the health risks of REEs were analyzed. The results showed that the total rare earth elements (TREEs) in fish, crustaceans and shellfish ranged from 0.149~0.204, 0.347~0.555 and 3.437~18.635 mg/kg, respectively. The average concentration of TREEs in the three biological organisms was in the order of shellfish>crustaceans>fish. The REEs distribution patterns of fish and shellfish showed positive Eu anomaly and negative Ce anomaly, while shellfish showed negative Eu anomaly and positive Ce anomaly. According to the assessment results of estimated daily intake (EDI), the EDI value of TREEs in fish, crustaceans and shellfish in the study area was far lower than the acceptable daily intake threshold 70 μg/( kg·d). The results of this study can provide basic data for the study of REEs content, migration and enrichment in estuaries and bays.
