| 我国经济已经进入高质量发展的新阶段，海洋经济的高质量发展要求采用更科学合理的指标体系来全面准确地反映海洋经济发展情况。文章通过系统分析海洋产业高质量发展能力的影响因素，构建青岛市海洋经济高质量发展评价指标体系，运用主客观赋权法，结合2015-2020年青岛市海洋经济相关数据，对青岛市海洋经济高质量发展水平进行综合研判与实证分析。研究结果表明：创新驱动、绿色发展、民生福祉是青岛市海洋经济高质量发展的重要支撑力量；开放发展与综合质效对青岛市海洋经济高质量发展起到重要推动作用；协调发展是近年来青岛市海洋经济高质量发展面临的主要问题。基于此，进一步讨论并提出促进青岛市海洋经济高质量发展的对策建议。 |

| China′s economy has entered a new stage of high-quality development, and the high-quality development of the marine economy requires a more scientific and reasonable index system to reflect the development of the marine economy in a comprehensive and accurate manner. The paper used the subjective and objective assignment method to combine the relevant data of Qingdao City′s marine economy from 2015 to 2020, and conducted a comprehensive research and empirical analysis on the level of Qingdao City′s high-quality development of marine economy. The results showed that innovation-driven, green development and people′s livelihood were important supporting forces for the high-quality development of Qingdao City′s marine economy. Open development and comprehensive quality and efficiency played an important driving role for the high-quality development of Qingdao City′s marine economy. Coordinated development was the main problem facing the high-quality development of Qingdao City′s marine economy in recent years. Finally, countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of Qingdao City′s marine economy were further discussed and put forward. |
