| 海洋战略性新兴产业属于当今世界科技革命的重点发展方向，是培育和发展我国新时代新动能以及获取未来竞争新优势的关键领域。文章从产业发展现状、存在的问题及影响因素、培育路径及发展对策等方面对我国海洋战略性新兴产业研究进行系统梳理，并展望未来发展趋势和进一步的研究方向，以期为有关部门在新阶段、新征程和新起点上发展海洋战略性新兴产业、促进海洋经济高质量发展提供决策参考，进而有效发挥海洋战略性新兴产业对经济社会转型的支撑性和保障性作用。 |

| Marine strategic emerging industries represent the direction of technological revolution and industrial transformation, and are the key areas for cultivating new kinetic energy and gaining new competitive advantages in the future. This paper systematically combed the research status of China′s marine strategic emerging industries from the aspects of the current situation, problems and influencing factors, cultivation paths and development countermeasures, and looked forward to the development trend and research direction of marine strategic emerging industries, with a view to providing decision-making reference for relevant departments to develop marine strategic emerging industries and promote the high-quality development of marine economy in the new stage, new journey and new starting point, so as to effectively play the supporting and guaranteeing role of marine strategic emerging industries in economic and social transformation. |
