| 为促进我国海洋新兴产业的健康发展，努力实现海洋强国战略目标，文章基于金融融量理论和2010-2018年相关上市公司数据，分析我国海洋新兴产业的金融缺口情况、成因和弥补方法。研究结果表明:金融缺口的变化会经历扩大和缩小交替出现的波动，但总体上实际金融融量一直低于与其发展规模相适应的理论金融融量，说明我国海洋新兴产业长期以来存在金融供给不充分的问题；针对银行信贷不积极、直接融资受限制和政府支持不及时等原因，可通过调整银行信贷模式、在创业板市场进行股票融资、发行战略性新兴产业专项债券和成立海洋战略产业投资基金等方法弥补金融缺口。 |

| Analysis on the Financial Gap of Marine Emerging Industries on the Enterprise Level |

| In order to promote the healthy development of marine emerging industries and strive to achieve the strategic goal of marine power,based on the financial volume theory and the data of listed companies from 2010 to 2018,this paper analyzed the financial gap,causes and remedy methods of marine emerging industries.The results showed that the change of financial gap would experience the alternation of expansion and contraction,but on the whole,the actual financial financing volume had been lower than the theoretical financial financing volume corresponding to its development scale,which indicated that China′s marine emerging industries had the problem of insufficient financial supply for a long time; in view of the reasons such as bank credit was not active,direct financing was limited and government support was not timely.There could be some methods,such as adjusting the bank credit mode,stock financing on the Growth Enterprise Market,issuing special bonds for strategic emerging industries,and establishing marine strategic industry investment fund,to fill the financial gap. |
