| 为充分把握“一带一路”建设契机，加快我国东北地区海洋经济发展，文章对辽宁沿海经济带融入“一带一路”的路径进行分析。研究结果表明：辽宁沿海经济带在地缘区位、海洋产业基础、港口物流设施和对外贸易等方面具有优势条件，但在区域联动发展、海洋产业结构转型和技术创新、海洋开发利用方式和海洋资源配置等方面存在不足；未来应进一步激发海洋资源新动能、推动陆海统筹与区域联动发展、创新跨境海洋合作机制、推动海洋产业开发与合作以及推进跨境海洋经济合作区建设。 |

| Analysis on the Path of Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone Integrating into ‘The Belt and Road’ Initiative |

| In order to fully grasp the opportunity of “The Belt and Road” to promote the development of marine economy in northeast China,this paper studied on Liaoning coastal economic zone integrating into “The Belt and Road”.The research results showed that Liaoning coastal economic zone had its advantages in such fields as geographical location,basis of marine industry,establishment of port logistics and foreign trade.However,there were some disadvantages on regional linkage development,transformation of marine industrial structure,technical innovation and allocation of marine resources.Therefore,it was essential to stimulate the new growth drivers of marine resources,to promote the coordinated development for land and sea,to develop the regional linkage,to innovate the mechanism of cross-border maritime cooperation,to promote the development of marine industry,and to establish the cross-border marine economic cooperation zone. |
