| 文章通过构建博弈模型，研究引导渔民将海水养殖量减少至可持续发展的最优水平的长、短期策略。从长期看，实现海水养殖可持续发展有提高生产技术、改变市场结构和发展碳汇渔业3种策略；从短期看，发展碳汇渔业见效更快。文章利用数值模拟方法，测算出为发展碳汇渔业，所需的碳汇市场需求规模为1 480万t。该结果与我国碳汇市场发展实际数据基本一致。说明当前我国碳汇市场规模已经足够庞大，可以有效容纳碳汇渔业所提供的碳汇供给。 |

| On the Scale of Carbon Exchange Market Needed to Develop Carbon Sink Fishery：Estimation Based on Marine Fishery Production Data |

| This paper studied the long-range and short-range strategies of developing carbon sink fisheries through constructing a game model,which led fishermen to reduce the aquaculture amount to the optimal level for sustainable development.There are three tragedies to achieve ecological utilization of the ocean in the long run,improving production technology,changing market structure and developing carbon sink fishery,respectively.To develop carbon sink fishery is more effective in the short term.By using of numerical simulation method,the study further estimated that 14.8 million tons of carbon sink market demand is required to develop carbon sink fishery.It was consistent with the actual data of China’s carbon sink market development.It showed that the current carbon sink market in China is large enough to accommodate carbon sink supply provided by carbon sink fishery. |
