| 承载力是衡量资源能否支持经济良性发展的重要标志之一。文章结合国内海域承载力和旅游承载力的相关研究，从滨海旅游承载力和滨海旅游业发展潜力正反两个方面，利用层次分析法对辽宁省6个沿海城市滨海旅游业发展现状进行评价，并基于DP政策战略矩阵对辽宁省滨海旅游业发展方向等进行分析。结果表明：大连的海域承载力和发展潜力均高于辽宁省平均水平，处于稳定发展状态；锦州和葫芦岛的海域承载力和发展潜力均低于辽宁省平均水平；营口、盘锦和丹东的海域承载力在辽宁省平均水平之上但发展潜力低于辽宁省平均水平。分析表明，辽宁省滨海旅游业地区差异较为明显，旅游产品同质化明显，区域间合作开发较弱。应各自发挥旅游资源特色发掘地区历史文化内涵，明确自身旅游市场定位，加强区域间协同开发，实现辽宁省滨海旅游业协同健康发展。 |

| Analysis on the Development of Coastal Tourism in Liaoning Province from the Perspective of Bearing Capacity:Based on DP Policy Strategy Matrix |

| Bearing capacity is one of the important indicators to measure whether resources can support the healthy development of economy.Combining with domestic waters bearing capacity and the bearing capacity of tourism research,from the seaside tourism carrying capacity and the positive and negative aspects of coastal tourism developing potential,using the analytic hierarchy process (ahp) to six coastal cities in Liaoning province coastal tourism developing level evaluation,and based on DP policy strategy matrix analysis of Liaoning province coastal tourism developing direction and so on.The results showed that the load capacity and developing potential of Dalian were higher than that of Liaoning province,and were in a stable state of development.The maritime capacity and developing potential of Jinzhou and Huludao were lower than that of Liaoning province.The sea bearing capacity of Yingkou,Panjin and Dandong was above the average level of Liaoning province but the developing potential was lower than that of Liaoning province.Analysis showed that the Liaoning province coastal tourism regional differences were more obvious,tourism product homogeneity and weak regional cooperation development should be for positioning,excavation culture connotation,strengthen regional coordination development,coordinated and healthy development of Liaoning province coastal tourism industry. |
