| 文章结合连江海洋减灾综合示范区的总体建设情况，重点分析海洋灾害监控防控系统的构建思路和成果应用，主要包括海洋在线监测系统、海洋灾害信息发布系统、海洋减灾综合应急标志系统和海洋减灾综合视频监控系统，为其他地区开展以沿海重点养殖区为重点保障目标的海洋减灾综合示范区建设提供借鉴和参考。 |

| The major goal of this study was to analyze the construction and application on the system of monitoring,prevention and control for marine hazards,based on the overall construction of the Lianjiang comprehensive demonstration zone against marine disasters.The system includes the real-time monitoring system,the marine information release system,the signature system of response on marine comprehensive hazard mitigation,and the video monitoring system of marine comprehensive hazard mitigation.This work could provide useful references and help for the future construction work for other demonstration zones of marine comprehensive hazard mitigation. |
