| 休闲渔业是海岛休闲产业的重要组成部分。平潭作为我国第二个国际旅游岛建设所在地，其自然条件禀赋，生态环境优美，渔业基础良好，政策优势明显。文章通过运用SWOT方法，分析了平潭发展海岛休闲渔业的内外部条件，提出坚持科学规划，合理开发利用资源；加强政府引导，提升社会“资本”投入；加强人才培养，提高产业竞争实力；开发特色资源，打造本土休闲渔业品牌等对策建议，以期推动平潭海岛休闲渔业产业的发展，实现平潭国际海岛休闲旅游目的地建设目标。 |

| Recreational fishery is an important part of island leisure industry.Pingtan is the second construction site of international tourist island in China,characters with good natural endowment,beautiful ecological environment,and fisheries based on good policy advantage.This paper analyzed the inner and outer conditions of the development of island recreational fishery in Pingtan by SWOT method.Suggestions on insisting on scientific planning,rational development and utilization of resources,strengthening government guidance,enhancing the social “capital” investment,strengthening talent training,improving industrial competitiveness developing featured resources to create local leisure fishery brands and other countermeasures were put forward,to achieve the goal of constructing Pingtan international island leisure tourism destination. |
