| 海洋工程环境保护监理是中国环境管理制度的一个组成部分，目前尚处于试行阶段，海洋环境保护监理的管理体系及制度还有待于进一步完善。文章对厦门市海洋工程环境保护监理工作的制度建立、海洋环保监理的工作内容、程序进行分析，并提出建议，以期对海洋工程环境保护监理工作有一定的借鉴意义。 |

| Supervision on environmental protection of marine engineering is an integral part of China’s environmental management system,which is still in a pilot stage,and the management system and system of marine environmental protection supervision should be further improved.This paper analyzed the establishment,work content and procedure of supervision system for environmental protection of marine engineering in Xiamen,and some suggestions were put forward,so as to provide some reference for marine engineering environmental protection supervision work. |
