| 摘要: |
| 国内海洋生态补偿研究已经掀起探索高潮，其文献数量逐年增加，关注程度日益提高。研究内容主要触及海洋生态补偿的概念内涵、实践总结、机制构建、法制建设、补偿量测算、多方博弈和国际经验借鉴层面，并取得一定的学术成就。然而，海洋生态补偿研究依然存在很多不足之处。文章在对海洋生态补偿研究文献统计分析的基础上，阐述了海洋生态补偿研究的进展，并提出作为拓展课题应从弄清概念属性、梳理实践经验、完善运作机制、细化补偿测算、构建补偿法规、扩大资金来源层面加以完善或开拓领域。 |

| Marine ecological supplement research has attracted more and more attention in China recently.The researches have achieved a lot，which mainly cover the conceptual meaning，practice，mechanism construction，legal construction，compensation calculation，multi-discussion and international reference.However，there are still deficient points exist.Based on the statistical analysis of marine ecology compensation study,the paper stated the development of marine ecology compensation research and suggested that.As an extended research，the paper focused on the contents of making concept clear，practice，mechanism，supplement calculation，rule construction and capital resource enlargement. |
