| 根据国家海洋局海域管理要求,填海工程在施工过程中需要对其进行海域使用动态监测。填海工程界址和面积以及岸线变迁监测的技术手段主要包括GPS测量、水深测量和水下侧扫等。文章结合GoogleEarth海量免费高分辨率遥感影像优势且支持二次开发特点,探讨GoogleEarth在填海工程动态监测内、外业工作中的应用;基于GoogleEarth开发一套外业数据采集及Google影像下载软件,为其在填海工程动态监测中的常规化应用提供便捷工具。应用结果表明,GoogleEarth可为填海工程动态监测外业测量工作提供实时定位及快速叠加分析,Google影像可为填海过程分析提供参考数据并为成果图件制作提供底图数据,GoogleEarth可作为填海工程动态监测
工作中高效的辅助工具。 |

| Application of Google Earth in the Dynamic Monitoring of Sea Reclamation |

| Abstract: |
| According to the requirements of sea areas management,it is necessary to monitor the sea areas usage dynamically during the construction process of sea reclamation.The techniques of monitoring reclamation engineering boundary,area and coastline change mainly include GPS measurement,depth measurement and the water side sweep.This paper discussed the application of Google Earth in the dynamic monitoring of the sea reclamation,combining with the advantages of Google Earth’s mass free high resolution remote sensing image,and the support of addon functions’ development.The development of data acquisition and Google image download software based on Google Earth provided a convenient tool for the application of Google Earth in the dynamic monitoring of the sea reclamation.Application results showed that Google Earth could provide realtime positioning and rapid overlay analysis for field survey work in sea reclamation monitoring,Google images could provide reference data in the analysis process of sea reclamation and data for map producing.Therefore,Google Earth could be an efficient auxiliary tool for the dynamic monitoring of sea reclamation. |
