| 作为区域经济的增长极,港口对相关产业的集聚和发展有重要的作用。文章以全国省际数据为基础,运用探索性空间统计变量Moran'sI 指数,分析能源、钢铁、交通运输、运输设备制造等港口相关产业的地理集聚模式,研究各产业与港口的互动关系,以此评价我国港口对产业发展的服务功能和带动作用,并就港口与产业布局提出相关建议。 |

| Economic Function Layout of the Ports under the “Maritime Silk Road” Strategy:on Perspective of Industrial Spatial Cluster Surrounding Ports |

| Abstract: |
| As a growth pole of regional economy，port plays an important role in the cluster and development of relevant industries.Utilizing the ESDA method to deal with the provincial data，this paper analyzed the geographic agglomeration mode of ports relevant industries，such as oil and coal processing，steel manufacture，transportation.Based on the interaction between these industries and ports，the paper gave analysis on the economic function and leading role of ports.Feasible suggestions were also provided about the overall arrangement of related economic units. |
