摘要:
专利获得授权的数量直接体现海洋环境监测机构的科技创新能力。文章根据中华人民共和国国家知识产权局官方网站检索得出的数据,以国家海洋局北海环境监测中心的专利发展状况为例,分析近年来海洋环境监测机构创新能力的现状和发展趋势,并提出相关对策和建议。

Abstract:
The authorized patent number directly reflects the technological innovation ability of marine environment monitoring institutions.According to data from the official website of the State Intellectual Property Office,PRC,the patent development of North China Sea Environment Monitoring Center (SOA) was studied as an example,the current situation of technological innovation ability of the marine environment monitoring institutions was analyzed and some related strategies and suggestions were provided.
