| Being a sunrise industry，marine cultural industry is developing conforming to the characteristics and trend of the era.In the 21st Century，the marine cultural industry has been developed in new form，new characteristics and new trend.Coastal leisure industry，coastal tourism industry，health care industry，business tourism，modern festivals，modern exhibition industry，largescale entertainment industry and digital animation industry have been the new highly growing marine cultural industry forms.Moreover，relevant planning and effective measures to guide and promote the development of marine cultural industry should be introduced. |
