| 浙江渔山列岛先后被国家海洋局列为国家级海洋特别保护区和海洋公园，文章详述渔山列岛基本情况、保护与开发现状，针对渔山列岛当前发展中面临的问题进行综合分析，参考国内外海洋保护区（海洋公园）成功经验，提出相应对策，以期为渔山列岛国家级海洋特别保护区（海洋公园）的综合管理提供科学依据。 |

| Yushan Islands in Zhejiang have been listed as national marine special protection areas and Ocean Park by the National Bureau of Oceanography.The paper gave a detailed description of Yushan Islands in basic situation，the status quo of protection and the development.The paper also analyzed the problems faced by the development of Yushan Islands，and put forward the scientific basis and corresponding countermeasure to the management referring to the successful experience of domestic and foreign marine protected areas (Ocean Park). |
