| 文章针对我国海洋垃圾监测与评价尚无技术标准的现状，建立了一套适用于我国近海的基于PSR（压力-状态-响应）指标框架的海洋垃圾综合评价体系，该评价体系可较好地反映区域海洋垃圾状况，具有全面性、独立性和可操作性，以期为更好地开展监测评价工作、保护海洋环境提供参考和借鉴。 |
