| 文章根据2007—2013年的面板数据，基于DEA方法分析中国沿海地区的环境效率水平和规模效率，结果表明，2007—2013年我国沿海地区环境效率处于全国领先水平，但与理想状况之间仍有一定差距，存在改进空间。基于研究结果，提出调整产业结构、提高科技含量、加强规模聚集效应、控制工业废弃物排放量等建议。 |

| Abstract: |
| According to the 2007—2013 panel data，the paper analyzed environmental efficiency level and scale efficiency of China’s coastal regions based on the DEA method.The results showed that the eco-efficiency of coastal areas in China from 2007 to 2013 at the national leading level，but there was still certain gap between the ideal conditions.The paper suggested to adjust industrial structure，improve the technology content，strengthen the scale aggregation effect，and control the industrial waste emissions based on the results. |
