| 海洋科技指标研究可为海洋科技政策提供决策参考和数据支持，具有一定的应用价值和实践意义。文章选取海洋科技进步贡献率、海洋科技成果转化率、海洋领域仪器设备国产化率与自主化率、国有品牌海洋领域仪器设备市场占有率等海洋领域主要科技指标，分别对其概念定义、理论内涵、测算方法等进行深入探讨，尝试解答关于以上指标的常见疑问，以期有助于形成科学、合理、操作性强的海洋科技指标研究方法和业务化测算体系。 |

| Research on marine science and technology indicators has a certain application value and practical significance，and can provide decision reference and data support for marine science and technology policy.This paper selected primary science and technology indicators such as the contribution rate of marine science and technology progress，marine science and technology transfer rate，the localization and independence rate of marine instruments and equipment，the market share of stateowned brand marine instruments and equipment，and deeply discussed their concept definition，theoretical connotation and calculating methods.The paper tried to answer common questions on these indicators and aimed to help with forming scientific，reasonable and strongly operational research methods and regular calculating system of marine science and technology indicators. |
