| 船舶测报是招募志愿船舶采集观测海洋水文气象要素数据并按要求发报的业务，一直以来是全球天气监测网的重要组成部分，也是联合国气象组织规定各海洋国家应尽的一项国际义务。文章介绍我国船舶测报历史和现状并提出相应建议，帮助国内相关部门管理人员和科技工作者重新认识这一重大国际观测计划，了解船舶测报的实施进展。 |

| Abstract: |
| Ship observation works by recruiting volunteers to collect elements of marine hydrometeorology observations and transmit data as required.It is an international obligation of maritime countries asked by UN Meteorological Organization and an important part of the global weather monitoring network.This paper introduced the history and current status of ship observations in China.Suggestions were proposed based on the specific knowledge of ship observations so as to help domestic management personnel and scientists to get a new understanding of this essential international observation program，and to understand the progress of the implementation of ship observations. |
