| 海洋文化遗产是指具有经济、文化、政治或社会价值的涉海历史遗存物，海岸带是海洋文化遗产分布最为集中的地区。欧盟十分重视对海洋文化遗产的保护，在海岸带综合管理（ICZM）和海洋空间规划（MSP）框架内对海洋文化遗产进行保护和可持续利用，同时针对保护中存在的问题，从完善海洋文化遗产评估机制和合理划定文化保护区两个方面，进一步促进海洋文化遗产保护更好地融入海岸带综合管理体系。我国应当借鉴欧盟经验，从普查文化遗产、规划保护区、明确管理主体、完善法律制度等方面加强海洋文化遗产保护工作。 |

| Marine cultural heritages are the parts of the past with economic，cultural，politic or social value，most of which are distributed in the coastal areas.The European Union has attached great importance to the protection and sustainable utilization of marine cultural heritage in the system of Integrated Coastal Zone Management (ICZM) and Marine Spatial Planning (MSP).This paper introduced the European Unions practices and explorations，put forward the proposal of cultural heritage census，conservation planning，determination of the main managing body，and improvement of law institution，to strengthen the protection of marine cultural heritage in China. |
