| 管理有效性评估是了解保护区管理情况、提升管理水平的重要途径。国内外主要的海洋保护区管理有效性评估方法体系包括WCPA框架、RAPPAM、METT、Marine Tracking Tool、IUCN海洋保护区绩效评估指南、中国《海洋自然保护区管理技术规范》等。文章对这些方法的特点以及在海洋保护区评估工作中的适用性和局限性进行总结，讨论了当前评估方法与评估工作中存在的问题，为进一步研究提供参考。 |

| Management effectiveness evaluation is vital to understand the management situation and improve the management level of marine protected area. The prevailing evaluation systems include WCPA framework, RAPPAM, METT, Marine Tracking Tool, IUCN Guidebook for evaluating marine protected area management effectiveness and China’s “Technical Specification for the Management of Marine Protected Areas”. In this paper, the differences of characteristics, applicability and deficiency in evaluating practice of the above systems were reviewed, and the problems existing in current evaluation systems and practices were discussed to provide a reference for further study. |
