| 计量是国民经济的重要技术基础，海洋计量作为国家计量体系和海洋公共服务事业的重要组成部分，是实现海洋强国的重要支撑和保障。文章在了解海洋计量工作发展现状的基础上，剖析了海洋计量发展中存在的问题以及面临的机遇与挑战，并尝试提出海洋计量事业的发展建议：加强计量法规体系建设、计量业务体系建设、海洋计量检测能力建设，加强国内外交流与合作以及推动机构和人员队伍的建设。 |

| Abstract: |
| Metrology is an important technological base needed for the national economy. Marine metrology is the basic support and guarantee for constructing a powerful country in marine enterprise, which is an important part of national metrology system and public marine services. In this paper, the current situation of marine metrology was summarized. And then, major problems and difficulties in marine metrology development were analyzed. Some suggestions for resolving the problems were given: to strengthen the systems construction of metrology rules and regulations, business, measuring ability; strengthen the exchange and cooperation with colleagues both at home and abroad; and strengthen the institution and talents group construction. |
