| 文章以辽宁省为研究对象，选取2011—2020年的相关数据，构建辽宁省海洋生态环境发展评价指标体系，运用熵值法对辽宁省近10年海洋生态发展水平进行综合评价。研究结果显示，辽宁省2011—2020年海洋生态环境质量水平呈现先迅速下降后波动下降再波动上升的发展趋势。对于分类指标，辽宁省2011—2020年海洋资源禀赋水平出现一个急剧下降后又逐年上升的趋势；海洋环境质量水平呈现波浪式发展趋势；海洋修复系统呈现先下降后上升的趋势，相对来说较为稳定；海洋社会发展水平趋势呈现与海洋环境质量水平相反的波浪式发展趋势。 |

| Study on Marine Ecological Environment Quality Level in Liaoning Province |

| This study focuses on Liaoning Province as the research subject, selects relevant data from 2011 to 2020, constructs an evaluation index system for the development of the marine ecological environment in Liaoning Province, and utilizes the entropy method to comprehensively assess the level of marine ecological development in Liaoning Province over the past decade. The findings indicate that the quality of the marine ecological environment in Liaoning Province exhibited a trend of rapid decline, fluctuating decline, and then fluctuating increase from 2011 to 2020. In terms of classification indices, the marine resource endowment level in Liaoning Province experienced a sharp decline followed by annual increases during this period. The level of marine environmental quality demonstrated a wavy developmental trend. The marine restoration system showed a pattern of initial decrease followed by an increase, remaining relatively stable. The trend in marine social development levels displayed a wave-like developmental pattern opposite to that observed for marine environmental quality. |
