| 围海造地是人们对海洋空间较为直接的干预，人们在向海洋索取空间资源的同时，也在不自觉地对海洋生态、环境产生影响。文章主要通过回顾我国近20年的围填海效益评估方面文献资料，得出如下结论：①我国学者围填海效益评估方面研究内容较为单一，缺少综合性研究成果；②在效益评估的研究方法上，以“货币化”和“等级量化”评估为主，缺少适宜的评价方法；③近几年，出现有少量综合效益评估方面的研究成果，但相关研究处于初级阶段。 |

| Review and Prospect of the Effecicency Evaluation of Land Reclamation in China |

| Reclamation is a relatively direct human intervention to ocean space，at the same time of people obtaining space resources from the ocean，during which the impacts on marine ecology and environment are unconsciously carried on.The paper mainly reviewed the researches on the assessments of China‘’s reclamation efficiency for nearly 20 years，and the following conclusions were drawn.There was lack of comprehensive research results，for that the research content on reclamation efficiency assessment of China was relatively simple.There was lack of appropriate evaluation methods，for that the research methods were mainly “monetization” and “level quantification” assessment.In recent years，there have been a small number of the research results on comprehensive benefit assessment，but the relevant researches are still in the initial stage. |
