| 海洋是经济高质量发展战略要地。建设海洋强国是中国特色社会主义事业的重要组成部分。近几年在海洋强国战略影响下，各地沿海城市纷纷大力发展海洋经济，取得发展成果显著。潍坊市作为莱州湾南岸重要的沿海城市，加快海洋强市建设步伐，海洋经济成为全市经济发展的重要增长极。文章对潍坊市高质量发展海洋经济必要性、海洋经济发展现状及制约因素等方面进行综合分析，探讨了潍坊市海洋经济高质量发展的优势，在此基础上，提出潍坊市海洋经济高质量发展的5条路径。研究成果可以为潍坊市海洋经济的高质量发展提供智力支持，并为未来的相关研究提供借鉴。 |

| The oceans are strategically important to high-quality development.Strengthen China’s maritime development is an important part of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In recent years, coastal cities in various regions are vigorously developing the marine economy and achieve significant results under the influence of the maritime power strategy.Weifang is an important coastal city on the south bank of Laizhou Bay,is stepping up efforts to build Weifang into a strong maritime city,and marine economy has become an important growth pole for the city’s economic development.The paper provides a comprehensive analysis of the necessity and four advantages of high-quality development, current situation, and constraints of marine economy in Weifang, with the analysis,five countermeasures and suggestions for high-quality development of marine economy in Weifang are put forward.The research results can provide intellectual support for the high-quality development of marine economy in Weifang city and provide reference for future research. |
