| 海洋是中国高质量发展的战略要地。为促进我国海洋经济高质量发展，文章从创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享5个维度出发，运用熵权法测算中国11个沿海省（自治区、直辖市）2006—2018年海洋经济高质量发展综合指数并分析其时空演变；进而利用面板模型分析海洋经济高质量发展的影响因素。研究结果表明：（1）从时间趋势看，全国及沿海各省（自治区、直辖市）海洋经济高质量发展指数均呈波动上升趋势，表明中国沿海省（自治区、直辖市）的海洋经济高质量发展水平稳步提高。（2）从空间分布看，总体上海洋经济高质量发展水平高的地区趋于增加。（3）从影响因素来看，经济发展水平、海洋产业结构升级、对外开放程度、金融发展水平、人力资本均对海洋经济高质量发展具有显著的正向影响，而政府支持力度对海洋经济高质量发展水平的提升具有一定的阻碍作用。 |

| An Analysis of Spatio-temporal Evolution of High-Quality Development of Marine Economy and Influencing Factors in China |

| The ocean is a strategic location for China′s high-quality development. In order to promote the high-quality development of China′s marine economy, the paper measures the comprehensive index of high-quality development of the marine economy of 11 coastal provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) in China from 2006 to 2018 by applying the entropy-rights method from the perspective of five dimensions, namely, innovation, coordination, greenness, openness and sharing, and analyzes its spatial and temporal evolution. The results of the study show that: (1) from the time trend, the index of high-quality development of the marine economy of the whole country and all coastal provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) shows a fluctuating upward trend, indicating that the level of high-quality development of the marine economy in China′s coastal provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) has steadily improved. (2) In terms of spatial distribution, the number of regions with a high level of quality development of the marine economy tends to increase in general. (3) In terms of influencing factors, the level of economic development, the upgrading of marine industry structure, the degree of openness to the outside world, the level of financial development and human capital all have a significant positive impact on the high-quality development of the marine economy, while the level of government support has a certain hindering effect on the improvement of the high-quality development of the marine economy. |
