浙江省海洋碳汇资源及潜力评估

摘要:
在实现“双碳”目标背景下,研究浙江省海洋碳汇资源及潜力对于浙江省努力打造海洋碳汇交易“浙江样板”、抢占全国海洋碳汇交易战略“高地”具有重要意义。文章将浙江省海洋碳汇资源分为海水养殖碳汇与滨海湿地碳汇2个部分,分别测算当前碳汇能力和未来碳汇增长潜力。其中,海水养殖碳汇采用2010—2021年浙江省海水养殖贝藻类产量数据,基于《海洋碳汇经济价值核算方法》测算碳储量;滨海湿地碳汇采用碳密度与湿地面积乘积法测算碳储量。研究结果表明:目前贝藻类养殖碳汇是浙江省海洋碳汇的主体,而滨海湿地碳汇规模较小;贝藻类养殖碳汇近年来增长较为稳定,而滨海湿地碳汇拥有巨大的增长潜力;贝藻类养殖碳汇可以通过优化经营规模等方式提高养殖产量,滨海湿地碳汇可以通过增加红树林种植面积等方式提高碳储量,从而增强碳汇能力。

Assessment of Marine Carbon Sink Resources and Potential in Zhejiang Province

Abstract:
In the context of achieving the “double carbon” goal, the statistics of marine carbon sink resources and potential in Zhejiang Province is of great significance for Zhejiang Province to strive to build a “Zhejiang Model” of marine carbon sink trading and seize the strategic highland of national marine carbon sink trading. In this paper, the marine carbon sink of Zhejiang Province was divided into two parts: mariculture carbon sink and coastal wetland carbon sink. The current carbon sink capacity and future carbon sink growth potential were calculated respectively. The mariculture carbon sink used the data of mariculture shellfish and algae production in Zhejiang Province from 2010 to 2021. The shellfish and algae carbon reserves were calculated based on the Economic Value Accounting Method of Marine Carbon Sink. The coastal wetland carbon sink used the carbon density and wetland area product method to calculate the wetland carbon reserves. The results showed that at present, shellfish and algae culture carbon sink accounted for the main part of marine carbon sink in Zhejiang Province, while the scale of coastal wetland carbon sink was smaller. The growth of shellfish and algae culture carbon sink had been relatively stable in recent years, while the coastal wetland carbon sink had great potential for carbon sink growth. The carbon sink of shellfish and algae culture could increase the output and enhanced the carbon sink capacity by optimizing the business scale, and the carbon sink of coastal wetland could increase the carbon storage by increasing the planting area of mangrove.
