| 文章以新发展理念为指导，构建海洋经济高质量发展水平评价指标体系，选取2007—2019年我国沿海地区的数据，借助熵值法、耦合协调度、Dagum基尼系数法，对我国海洋经济高质量发展耦合协调度及其区域差异性展开分析。结果表明：研究期内我国海洋经济高质量发展五大维度的发展水平均有提升，但仍有较大提升空间；我国海洋经济高质量发展经历濒临失调、勉强协调2个阶段，2007年耦合协调度的区域差异最大，此后呈现波动减小趋势；南部海洋经济区以及北部海洋经济区与南部海洋经济区的差异是耦合协调度区域差异的主要原因。针对研究结论，对提高我国海洋经济高质量发展耦合协调度提出建议。 |

| The Coupling Coordination Degree and Regional Difference of High-quality Development of China′s Marine Economy |

| Guided by the new development concept, this paper constructed an indicator system for the high-quality development of the marine economy, selected the data of coastal areas in China from 2007 to 2019, and analyzed the coupling coordination degree and regional differences of the high-quality development of the marine economy in China with the entropy method, coupling coordination degree and Dagum Gini coefficient method. The results showed that the development level of the five dimensions of the high-quality development of China′s marine economy showed an upward trend, but there was a large room for improvement. The high-quality development of China′s marine economy had gone through two stages including near imbalance and barely coordinated. The coupling coordination degree of high-quality development of the marine economy had the largest difference in 2007, and had shown a downward trend since then. The southern marine economic area and the difference between the southern marine economic area and the northern was the main reason for the difference of coupling coordination degree. According to the research conclusions, the corresponding suggestions were put forward to improve the coupling coordination degree of high-quality development of China′s marine economy. |
