| 为推动我国海景科学化管理和美丽城市建设，文章回顾英国海景特征评估的演变，重点论述其实践，并探讨其对我国海景管理的启示。研究结果表明：英国基于景观特征评估逐渐发展海景特征评估，从国家、区域和地方3个层面开展海景特征评估实践，并注重关键技术的研发和输出成果的衔接；未来我国应加大海景管理力度、将海景纳入国土风貌以及借助信息平台促进海岸带整体开发。 |

| In order to promote the scientific management of seascape and the construction of beautiful cities in China, this paper reviewed the evolution of seascape character assessment in the UK, in particular discussed assessment practice and implications of seascape management for China. The results showed that the UK had gradually developed seascape character assessment based on landscape character assessment, carried out seascape character assessment practice from national, regional and local levels, and paid attention to the research and development of key technologies and the connection of output results. In the future, the management of seascape should be strengthened, seascape be incorporated into the national landscape and the overall development of coastal zone be promoted with the help of information platform. |
