| Being an emerging energy industry， marine energy industry (MEI) will bring a series of new problems in the rapid developing process. These problems are complex and far-reaching influential on the project’s inputs and outputs evaluation analysis. In order to improve the accuracy and rationality of MEI project investment， and effectively reduce the investment risk， this paper expounded the concept of feasibility study, introduced the technical and economic feasibility study of MEI project，and provided certain theoretical and methodological reference for feasibility analysis of MEI project. |
