中国沿海地区海洋交通运输业能源消耗驱动因素的时空差异特征

摘要:
海洋交通运输业是海洋经济发展的支柱型产业,也是消耗能源最多的海洋产业之一,节能减排对推进海洋交通运输业的绿色高质量发展具有重要意义。为研究海洋交通运输业能源消耗的驱动因素,文章构建模型计算2001-2017年中国沿海地区海洋交通运输业的运输周转量、能源消耗量和产业增加值;建立LMDI分解模型,分析能源强度效应、运输效率效应和产业规模效应对海洋交通运输业能源消耗的影响。研究结果表明:能源强度对能源消耗的影响较小,运输效率是能源消耗降低的主要驱动因素,产业规模是能源消耗增长的主要驱动因素;在时间差异上,能源强度效应呈波动状态,运输效率对能源消耗降低的驱动作用以及产业规模对能源消耗增长的驱动作用均逐渐增强;在空间差异上,总体上由北向南,能源强度对能源消耗增长的抵消作用逐渐增强,运输效率对能源消耗降低的驱动作用逐渐减弱,产业规模对能源消耗增长的驱动作用逐渐增强。

The Spatiotemporal Differences Characteristics of the Driving Factors of Energy Consumption in Marine Transportation in China′s Coastal Areas

Abstract:
The marine transportation industry is a pillar industry for the development of marine economy, and it is also one of the marine industries that consume the most energy. Energy conservation and emission reduction are of great significance to promoting the green and highquality development of the marine transportation industry. In order to study the driving factors of energy consumption in the marine transportation industry, this paper built a model to measure the turnover, energy consumption and industrial added value of the marine transportation industry in China's coastal areas from 2001 to 2017, and established the LMDI decomposition model to analyze the driving effect of energy intensity effect, transportation efficiency effect and industrial scale effect on the energy consumption of marine transportation industry. The results showed that the energy intensity had little effect on the energy consumption, and transportation efficiency was the main driving factor to reduce the energy consumption, and the scale of the industry was the main driving factor to increase the energy consumption. In terms of the time differences, the energy intensity effect was fluctuating. The driving effect of transportation efficiency on the reduction of energy consumption and the driving effect of industrial scale on the increase of energy consumption were gradually increasing. In terms of spatial differences, overall, from north to south, the offsetting effect of energy intensity on the increase of energy consumption was gradually increasing, the driving role of transportation efficiency on the reduction of energy consumption was gradually weakening, and the driving role of industry scale on the increase of energy consumption was gradually increasing.
