| 文章介绍了海上生产大数据分析以及海上安全生产情景构建的概念，阐述了海上安全生产情景构建的特点、情景构建的基本方法及情景构建的内容，并介绍了这种创新的安全生产管理模式在海上船舶的紧急撤离及海上溢油事故的紧急处置的应用实例。随着大数据技术应用的不断发展，在海上安全生产上的应用也将不断扩大，从而增强应急资源共享和信息整合的可操作性，减低海上生产运行的风险，大大提高海上生产的安全管理水平。 |

| This paper involved discussing the definition of big data analysis regarding offshore production and scenario design of offshore safety production,along with their specific features,basic approaches and content.Additionally,the application cases of this innovative safety management model on the emergency of vessels evacuation and the offshore oil spill accidents were introduced.With the increasingly expanded application of big data technology in offshore safety production,the operability of emergency resource sharing and information integration will be enhanced,hence reducing the risk of offshore production and operation while greatly improving the safety management level. |
